To embroider these designs, hoop 2 layers of water-soluble mesh. Start the machine. It will embroider the outline of the bib stop. Cover the outline with a piece of soft fabric, flannel will work nice.
Start the machine, it will embroider the outline of the bib and the holes and stop.

Take the hoop from the machine and with a pair of sharp scissors, cut away the fabric as close to the stitches as possible. Be careful not to cut through the stitches.
Return the hoop to the machine and finish the embroidery. Change threads when needed. Select the thread colors as you like.

Cut away the excess stabilizer and rinse the remainder. Insert ribbons to the holes. The bibs are ready.
