| This participant has sent in four of twelve quilts she has made for
various animal rescue projects. The designs are from the Dog
Breeds section of our catalog. Here is what she writes," The quilt
with the goldens is for the Golden Retriever Rescue of Central Florida's
picnic in March. The one with the pawprints was raffled off at Barkingham
Palace which is a boarding facility in Rocklege Florida and they made $250
to put towards their Golden rescue contribution. The attic window quilt
went into a raffle held at an agility trial for German Shepherd rescue.
The quilts are a win-win situation. I have fun making them. Someone has
fun winning them and each rescue organization gets a little much needed
help." |
