Projects & Ideas

To embroider the designs from the set, hoop the fabric with a layer of water soluble mesh. Start embroidering. The machine will embroider the outline of the design and stop.
Take the hoop from the machine. With a pair of sharp scissors cut away the fabric. The areas of fabric which are meant to be removed are darkened in the picture.
Return the hoop to the machine and finish embroidering. Wash away the stabilizer and leave to air dry. Press with steam.
The second design is embroidered as the first one. The two plain designs can be embroidered both as inserts and as doilies. If you are making an insert, cut away the fabric only inside the outline. If you are making a doily, cut the fabric outside the outline as shown on the photo.
