"My entry is the shopping bag. I have used three layers of fabrics. The lining is viscose, the outer side polyester, the interlining a heavy and strong kind of vilene, all stitched together. The seams are strengthened with viscose fabric. The handles are padded with additional fabric and the bottom is strengthened by tense quilting. The bag is roomy, and due to the handles it is possible to carry very heavy food-stuffs. I have made several bags alike this one so I know it will work. I have decorated every bag with embroideries of flowers, ornaments etc."
The contestant works on Husqvarna Designer II. The design used on this bag is Wild Rose.
