Embroidery Projects & Ideas

There are two files in the set. One design is meant to be used for doilies, as shown above. The second design is an inset.We made a pillow with this inset.

To embroider an inset, hoop the basic fabric with 1-2 layers of watersoluble mesh. Start the machine. It will embroider the outline of the lace. With a pair of sharp scissors, cut away the fabric incide the outline.

Return the hoop in the machine and finish the embroidery. Then cut away the excess stabilizer and wash away the remainders. Press. Now the embroidered fabric is ready for your project.
