We used the designs from the Cat
and Jack-O-Lantern In-the-Hoop Set to make this original, keepsake
Hallowen card. You can read about how to embroider and assemble the designs
here.
For this card you will also need a Letter-size sheet of cardstock, preferrably
orange or another matching color.
On your computer, type "Happy Halloween!" print them out on the right
side of the stock sheet. Fold the sheet on half.
Embroider the pumpkin on water-soluble mesh. Wash away the stabilizer
and air dry the embroidery. In order to give it a spherical shape, dry
it on a small ball (like a tennis ball). Place it on the card.
On your sewing machine, zig-zag the pumpkin onto a card.
Embroider and assemble the cat. Insert the the cat into the pumpkin.
The Halloween keepsake card is ready!
